All prices are in USD. They are BASE PRICE! + not subject to haggling. Prices change between periods.

Complex details are up to +25%, apply to types with a "+" next to their base price unless stated otherwise. I generally have a high tolerance before I add additional charges, but I may turn down your oc.

An extra character is +100% the price, and so on.

You may ask for quotes, more examples, an ETA, or discuss any special requests.

Examples have watermarks or may have been severely compressed, finished commissions will be watermark-free and full-sized.

Payments UPFRONT in USD through Paypal. NO REFUNDS - I will always get your commission finished.

You acknowledge that this is a digital art commission and as a result, nothing physical will arrive at your address. This is an online transaction.

I am allowed to deny any commission without a reason.

I require visual references to source from, unwatermarked and clear for the best result. If you can only provide an incomplete reference, please give me reference photos for parts that are missing.

Please specify major artistic requests BEFORE I start your commission. The sketch is subject to large revisions, only to be scrapped upon my discretion.

In regard to WIPs, I will show you the process if asked, or I may do so on my own if I choose. I may not show the process if the commission is done in one sitting. Once the commission is finished, I will allow 1 minor change 48 hours after completion, files may be deleted anytime afterwards.

Errors on my part will be edited only towards initial design/image given, any request oversights, or general errors. I will not edit errors based on vagueness of requests, though do not hesitate to voice any critiques.

EVERY commission will approximately have a maximum of a 5 month turnaround from the time of payment. Delays outside of my control with be communicated either via pm or trello announcement.

You acknowledge that payment for the commission is for my labor to create it, and I retain full ownership of the image. Please give credit to my toyhou.se when posted anywhere.

NON-COMMERICAL/PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not use them for commercial use. You cannot profit or sell the commission in any shape or form, including but not only in merchandising, minting as an NFT, or in relation to commerical VTubing. For the time being, this is not open for discussion.

You may not create derivative works (tracing, referencing, reposting, AI generation, or claim as your own.)

You may edit my artwork as long as credit is still present.

I reserve the right to use commissions for portfolio purposes or examples, I ensure I will use them in safe contexts. However if you are uncomfortable with them anywhere, I will take them down when possible.

*Designs and customs are subject to different terms as stated here.

If attained through a sale only, designs that have been sold for real currency cannot be sold higher than bought unless there is additional commissioned/personal art of the design. *This must be clearly documented, with buyers aware of the added values.

If attained through a trade originally, you may only trade it. However you may sell the design for the added amount spent on commissions of said design. *I ask that this is documented as well.

If attained through means of a sale and an add-on trade (art/design) initially from me, you may add up to $30 to their worth. Owners past the original cannot exercise this rule.

Please write down in trade logs what the design was transferred for. In the event of a sale, please label the amount unless there has been no change.

Transfer permissions should always be accurate, if they need to be updated, let me know!

PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial-use is prohibited and not up for discussion ATM. Never use the design in association to cryptocurrency, nfts, merchandising, or other profit-oriented endeavors.

You can make any edits to a design as you wish, lore or appearance-wise! (ALTS+Redesigns=OK!)

Please do not edit my art of the design, you may inquire about commissioning me to edit on the existing art. Though using filters or placing the artwork on another image is completely OK.

If redesigned enough you can add the additional designer in the credits based on your judgment—However change of clothing or species does not constitute in this sense. If possible, keep all ALTs/Forms together.

Co-owning is OK, though I ask for no replicated profiles.

Do not use my designs to communicate hateful/harmful ideas or content.
